Product Manager

CatalystOne aims to deliver great reporting and analytics tools that adds real value for our customers, and we are now looking for a Product Manager that can make this happen!

CatalystOne is the Nordic leader of HCM-software and has many well-known companies as customers. like AF Gruppen, Borregaard, Bouvet, Sats Elixia and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. We have during 10+ years built a strong value-based company driven by the customers' success. As a PM, you will be responsible for delivering results according to our product strategy direction and product management process. Tasks include product visioning, user research (together with our UX team), requirement collection and roadmap development to name a few. You will develop and maintain product strategies with a focus on function and with a clear link to value creation for our customers. You are also responsible for internal and external communication related to your product area. As a PM, you will be working closely with R&D in Norway and our development teams in Chandigarh, India, to deliver according to roadmap.
This position is of vital importance for our growth plan.

We are looking for a person who

• Transforms complexity to simplicity in a structured and planned manner
• Can collaborate with anyone regardless of background, position or culture
• Has exceptionally good communication skills
• Is fluent in English, oral and written
• Is fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, oral and written
• Is determined and can work independently without compromising your cooperation skills
• Has experience from agile development
• Has the passion to go from impossible to inevitable and can focus on details while at the same time see the whole picture
