Job description

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager with a real interest in emergent technologies, excellent experience in expanding a market, and in managing channel partner relationships, and a strong network in Sweden.

The Strategic Partner Manager will combine in-depth business and operations knowledge, customer intuition, and strong analytical thinking to deliver strategies and solutions that drive incremental business revenues and optimal client experiences of boost.ai’s solution.

Your daily tasks will be varied and you will work with a young, dynamic, multicultural, multilingual team of colleagues who share a common mindset; to deliver a world-class product in a nascent and ever-evolving sector.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen key partner relationships to optimize value for clients and secure growth in Sweden.
  • Actively improve boost.ai’s interface with partners to help facilitate their success and build their reputation for delivering quality outcomes with boost.ai’s software.
  • Develop new and existing partners to increasing levels of independent operation through strong relationships and support partners to strengthen and grow boost.ai's market position.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive overview of the market and competition
  • Actively develop and implement boost.ai's local and global partner strategies.
  • Oversee the structure and processes for ongoing partner management.
  • Play a key role in the overall global success of our company through proactive and strategic partner management.
  • Lead the strategy for partner communication, including easy access to education and support materials and inbound partner events such as webinars, seminars, workshops etc.
  • Use data from project delivery and sales in the strategic development of partners to increase sales and improve project implementation.
  • Manage the team of partner success managers dedicated towards the relevant market. The SPM is responsible for the performance of the entire team, for the individual development of all its members and for facilitating strong collaboration within the team and towards other teams and/or divisions.
Qualifications
  • Business savvy that will allow you to work closely with partners to help them establish and extend their client base. Previous experience in channel partner management within the tech industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work in a structured and targeted way to establish and execute short- to mid-term market strategies, that will ensure that we achieve outstanding results and, ideally, the track record to back this up.
  • A strong network in Sweden, preferably towards potential clients and partners.
  • Confidence in communication and an understanding of how to prioritise quality over quantity. 
  • Swedish as your mother tongue is beneficial. You will also have strong English language skills to business-level proficiency.
