We are looking for a Developer to work in agile teams and be responsible for driving and managing technology and solution development, necessary to deliver successful results to our customers.

The Developer will report to the Director of Applications. 

Your future duties and responsibilities: 

• Contribute to developing a technology stack that can be the foundation for future digital development in the organization 
• Contribute to delivering innovative and high quality digital and technological solutions in customer projects 
• Challenge and drive technological competence development in the organization 
• Contribute to building a highly skilled tech team 
• Collaborate with leaders on different levels to evaluate and recommend technologies that create business value 
• Interact with other IT members to ensure solid anchoring and good communication on ongoing initiatives and efforts 
• Drive the implementation and execution of a modern and agile work method 
• Support in building the internal processes and frameworks needed to support growth 

Qualifications you have for this role: 

• Deeply capable and versatile from a technological perspective 
• Able to communicate clearly and inspiringly, both in print and verbally 
• Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business skills 
• Has an innovative approach and can develop new approaches to improve or replace existing procedures and systems 
• Highly proficient in English, written and verbal
