Tesla has expanded to Haugesund. Are you ready to join the mission in our brand new service center as a Service Support Advisor?

Tesla Haugesund is now open and we are therefore looking to hire the last superstar to join our team as a Service Support Advisor.

This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the customer service acumen, but also the ability to provide a high level of technical support. In this role you’ll be increasing productivity of our critical technician activity by delivering parts, staging vehicles for repairs and completing administration processes. You will also support our customers with a seamless service from arrival to receiving their car.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake and reunion process on location with the customer, explaining the repair process and finalizing payment, making the customer visit an easy and friendly experience.
  • Ensure all customer and repair records are accurately listed in work system in accordance to our SLA’s.
  • Receive stock, pick, ship and transact materials inventory to support the needs of vehicle service.
  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into the work system, and communicate to relevant stakeholders estimated arrival times of shipments etc.
  • Support Technicians by staging and preparing the cars for repair, including car movement and service wash

 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • High willingness to learn new and innovative automotive techniques
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles, ideally EV’s
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and teams
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer facing and technical environment
  • Good level of English and local language, both oral and written
  • Valid driver’s license
