As our new Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst, you will have the chance to build and form your own role. Creating strategies and structures for the goal of being top-of-mind for the many people is essential. As Customer Engagement & Loyalty is changing in IKEA and in the retail landscape in general, we find ourselves the middle of a transformation. We want you to be a part of that transformation.

In this new role you will be responsible for:

  • Being curious, independent and analytical in building and executing the IKEA Customer Engagement & Loyalty field
  • Communicating your own and others findings in a way that makes sense to key stakeholders
  • Focusing on the customer needs and customer centricity in mind at all times
  • Being strong in your broad commercial business knowledge and inhabit a cross-functional understanding of how IKEA operates
  • Having the drive to achieve results and exceed goals based on current and future trends in the landscape of Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Familiar with data analytics and business analytics
  • Able to draw conclusions and make the proper recommendations on the way forward from pre-made reports as well as build new reports from raw data  
  • Well versed in tools such as Power BI, Qlicksense, Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Familiar with KPI's related to Loyalty programs and newsletter communication in previous roles
