As Head of Marketing you will have a central role in a growing company with high ambitions. Your role will be important in achieving Volue’s ambition to deliver software, insight, and services for a sustainable society. The Head of Marketing will be accountable for developing and driving Volue’s communication and marketing strategy and through this ensure that Volue is the preferred and well-known business partner for customers in all relevant market segments.

Main tasks and duties:

  • Lead and drive the efforts in building and selling the Volue vision and brand, and through this ensure Volue communicates the value the company brings to customers and society.
  • Develop, maintain and implement marketing strategies for Volue as a group and for the various Lines of Business to generate leads and sales in their markets.
  • Work closely with the sales force to ensure marketing efforts are prioritised in accordance with commercial strategies, sales targets and product launch plans.
  • Develop and maintain Volue’s digital identity and visual profile.
  • Contribute to ensuring Volue’s internal communication is synchronized with the external marketing efforts and contribute in implementing internal communication strategies.
  • Maintain, evaluate and implement systems and infrastructures to improve working processes in Volue related to lead generation and marketing.
  • Build and motivate a high-performing team with focus on talent and career development to support business growth and strategic succession planning.
  • Pursue commercial & strategic synergies between the Lines of businesses in the group, including efficient sharing of capabilities, experience and best practices.
  • Operate the marketing function within given proxies and in compliance with the group’s quality system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MSc or MBA
  • Extensive experience from marketing in international B2B markets
  • Experience from energy related markets
  • Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels

The role reports to EVP Sales and Marketing.

Workplace is Oslo or Germany.
