Technical Support Consultant

We are looking for a technical consultant to our Support & Operation team in the business area of Smart Energy. The role is based in Trondheim. Our job is to be a key partner for our customers and their business-critical systems. Through positive communication and proactive work, we strive for good customer experiences - every day.

You will work with our renewable energy and trading solutions. You will also work closely with our customers in their day-to-day operations. You will help shape the future customer experiences for our customers and work continuously to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Typical tasks will be:

• Analysis, troubleshooting and follow-up of incidents with our customers
• Assist in technical problem solving
• Support our customers in accordance with the current service agreement
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Testing our solutions
• Identify customer needs and see opportunities for additional sales
• Participation in our on-call service (24/7 service)

For this role you should have:

• A relevant education from college / university or other relevant experience
• Knowledge of operating systems Windows and/or Linux
• Windows servers, OS
• Knowledge of system configuration, integrations, data communication, SQL queries
• Customer service experience
• Good communication skills in writing and orally, both English and Norwegian
• Good interpersonal skills
