We are looking for our new Senior Manager Business Process Technology (BPT - IT). 

You will as part of our team of Business Partners play a critical role in ensuring that our business are engaged and involved in the strategic and operational direction and aligned with the local BPT roadmaps. You will provide us with business, process and technical insight and will be one of our key point of contacts for ensuring that the end to end BPT Services are delivered successfully. We believe that you are not afraid to challenge existing Business Practices and drive value based changes through technology.

Norway and Iceland are happy to represent approx. 20% of the total North-European Business Unit Business, which can translate into up to 20+ IT projects (50k - 3M Euro size) per year is being requested/implemented, which will require oversight by this role. Norway, is represented by around 575 committed colleagues spread across commercial and supply chain organization, and in Iceland around 100.  To achieve your goal as our new Senior Manager BPT, we believe that you will need to .

  • Lead implementation or execution of initiatives of high importance with average complexity or average need of cross functional integration within BPT or business functions.
  • Contribute or  take advisor role to BPT or business program management of strategic BPT initiatives. 
  • Establish effective relationships and ways of working with managers within BPT or Business functions.
  • Be accountable and responsible for ensuring that CCEP’s BPT complies with all relevant regulations in their area of responsibility. 
  • Contribute to the delivery of the overall business and BPT goals through the implementation of strategic plans - in addition to providing advice, guidance, direction and consultative services. 
  • Be accountable and responsible for ensuring that initiatives or areas led remain with budget, time and quality.
  • Provide leadership and leadership development to homogeneous Special Matter Experts (SME) teams (if relevant)
  • Lead and facilitate alignment and decision making process in a  matrix organization. ?
  • Lead areas that require focus on an important part of an End-to-End process, but have no End-to-End responsibility
  • Advocate for change in the BPT organization or in the Business with regard to technology adoption and Digital transformation

 
We believe that you need to have

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable course of studies. 
  • Proven experience in BPT or Business management including roles involving project and cross-functional remit
  • Experience of relationships with other BPT and business leaders and stakeholders 
  • Experience of working in a Matrix organization 
  • Project Management experience and comprehensive knowledge of CCEP’s BPT methodology
  • Experience in Risk management and mitigating plans, assessing and evaluating different levels of risks

Other than that, we believe that you are an excellent communicator and are able to turn complex information to visual and understandable information for different audiences. You are great at managing time and setting priorities. You need to have an operational & strategic mind to be able to support our BPT roadmap, and having the ability to understand our business strategy. You need to be able to support implementation and drive technology related changes. Lastly, we are looking for an independent and driven person that would like to grow a strong career in an international environment.
