We are looking for you who have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or IT and minimum 5 years experience within test management.

You will be a part of a strong team with developers, architects, Scrum masters, Product owners, our Nordic IT operation unit, Cyber security teams and our Commercial partners cross Nordic to provide the highest level of availability, service and customer success.

Some travel is required.

Areas of responsibility

• Create test plans and coordinate test activities. Assess level of test required from a risk-based perspective
• Be early involved in the development process, review of requirements and release planning
• Coordinate test execution within own team and with other teams affected
• Prepare and communicate test reports
• Give input to deploy/release decisions
• Collaborate with other test managers to find common ways of working across Nordic

Certified within one or more test frameworks, ex. ISTQB

Strong knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies is an advantage

Preferably technical insight in .NET / basic technical skills

Experience working with test methodology

Deep knowledge within test frameworks and tools

Good business and domain knowledge within finance and/or banking industry

Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in local language and English

Structured way of working (planning, prioritization and organizational skills)
