We are looking for you who have education and experience combining technical and business understanding and minimum 5 years experience with agile software development.

You will be a part of a strong team with developers, architects, Scrum masters, Product owners, our Nordic IT operation unit, Cyber security teams and our Commercial partners cross Nordic to provide the highest level of availability, service and customer success.

Some travel is required.

Areas of responsibility

• Participate and drive agile/Scrum-processes cross the organization
• Being the primary interface between stakeholders, the Scrum-team and management
• Release planning and being responsible for solid product vision and roadmap
• Define, maintain, and prioritize backlog for your product area in close cooperation with the business

Srong knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies

Minimum 5 years’ experience with agile software development

Experience from the banking or financial sector

Ability to completely understand complex business and technical issues

Product development experience in a role as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar

Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

Ability to motivate stakeholders and team members

Preferably a CSPO/PSPO certification

Experience with Microsoft ALM, Microsoft .NET platform and nearshore teams is an advantage

Knowledge of/experience with Salesforce is also positive
