We are looking for you who have a Bachelor degree in Technology or IT, experience from IT operations and / or IT infrastructure and preferably minimum three years work experience.

You will be a part of a strong team with developers, architects, Scrum masters, Product owners, our Nordic IT operation unit, Cyber security teams and our Commercial partners cross Nordic to provide the highest level of availability, service and customer success.

The Infrastructure Specialist is under moderate supervision of the Infrastructure Manager responsible for designing, developing and implementing the infrastructure. This involves analyzing, configuring, testing the infrastructure. This role will support and maintain the infrastructure. This includes evaluating and making recommendations for enhancements to the existing infrastructure.

The Infrastructure Specialist will specialize in one or more of the elements of the infrastructure, such as Network, AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Windows Services, Security, Antivirus Management, Telephony, Datacenter services, Cloud Services, O365 or Backup & Storage Management, etc. They will have familiarity with applications that their element of infrastructure will impact and adhere to the established lifecycle methodology, and practices in accordance to project plans while carrying out their responsibilities.

The Infrastructure Specialist will act as Service Manager toward external vendors providing the infrastructure.

Activities

Infrastructure Design and Selection

•Ensure that the infrastructure interacts appropriately, data conversion impacts are considered and other areas of impact are addressed and meet performance requirements

•Ensure that we are compliant with corporate standards and security policies

•Provide technical guidance to associated Specialists or System developers

Infrastructure Implementation

•Implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, Implement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing; test matrices; and definition of test methodologies and strategy)

•Ensure that plans integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure

Infrastructure Maintenance

•Support production service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities

•Perform routine infrastructure analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels

•Ensure that plans integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure

Secure up-to-date documentation

•Secure up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure, its dependencies and the procedures to operate

•Reconcile the documentation toward architects and Specialists to secure a correct end to end view

Incident management

•Make sure that recovery procedure are well documented, updated and available

•Identify impact, Root Cause and resources for fixing the issue

•Initiate recovery procedure and coordinate bug fixing and solution verification

•Participation in regular evening, night and weekend guards must be expected

Good understanding of IT security and data protection,

Excellent communication skills, written and oral in English

3 to 5 years of IT experience with banking or other strongly secured infrastructures

1+ years working with Azure is beneficial

Certification on relevant technologies
