We are seeking the sharpest minds to be able to deliver our world-class Subsea Production Control System technology. To meet new contracts, challenges and opportunities we have a interesting and challenging opportunity for ambitious and motivated Network Engineer to join our Subsea Controls Product Software department.
As our new team member you'll be working to:
Develop, pilot and implement Network best practise solutions into our Subsea Production Control System. With respect to strategies of remote access, Virtual environments, interfacing and integration in more complex network architectures and Network Cyber Security aspects. We have a small dedicated team making it possible to have influence on solutions and also be working with solutions from concept &requirements, through implementation, test and installation and support. The team is Global responsible for clients Subsea Control System network solutions.
Documentation and electrical schematics will also be a part of the responsibility.
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Responsibility to design Network according to the companies overall product and system strategy, and in accordance with project requirements, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Participate in network system design, development and delivery phase.
- Developing network configurations according to Local and Global work instructions
- Follow-up on all assigned and committed tasks given by project management
- Participate in Network support related to internal/External tests, EFAT and during Commissioning
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
- Experienced or minimum knowledgeable within virtual machines, Firewall & Security.
- Knowledge within Scripting will also be preferred
- It is also required to have valid certifications, such as CCNA Switching and Routing or similar.
- Competence within network administration, system knowledge, general Windows OS and server competence (Win OS (XP, WIN 7, Win10 Win server 2008/2012/2016) will be weighted.
