WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Provide administrative support for selected stakeholders, mainly Project Leaders in the local office, taking responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule. Also known to be keeping chaos under control and ensuring the people you work with know where they are, where they are going, how they get there, and why they are there, while keeping your cool and enjoying the ride. 

YOU'RE GOOD AT :

Flexibly adjusting your day to ad-hoc activities and requests. As such, you would consider yourself a multi-tasker that will thrive in a fast-paced organization. You interact effectively with other people, and you are comfortable managing relationships and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are eager to learn, a creative thinker, and interested in the bigger picture. Furthermore, to succeed in the position you need a positive and service-minded attitude. As a person, you are humble, self-motivated and pay close attention to details. In this role, you will provide Administrative Support to Project Leaders, manage and maintain very complex and dynamic outlook calendars and support Ad-hoc tasks within the operations team. 

We value strong organization and communication skills, with demonstrated success to drive tasks to conclusion.

Tasks include:

  • Expense management for Project Leaders on a weekly basis, submitting expenses to finance
  • Travel arrangements, e.g. complicated routes and visa applications
  • Planning of Client workshops
  • Planning of internal events
  • Printing & Binding
  • Catering, courier packages, meeting room reservations etc
  • Cross-functional coordination (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Recruiting as needed)
  • Ad hoc tasks for stakeholders


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) :

Desired skills and qualifications are the following but not limited to:

Experience

  • Preferably 1-2 years’ work experience
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comprehensive Local language & English communication skills (written and oral)

YOU'LL WORK WITH :

You'll be working within a closely knit Operations team and interact frequently with local stakeholders, as well as with an extensive network of contacts within BCG Global. The Operations team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your Manager and Assistant Team will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as you grow at BCG. Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.
