Senior Project Planner

Our Bergen office is located at Sandsli – a ten-minute drive from the airport – with immediate proximity to the light rail and bus lines taking you into the city in about 30 minutes. Parking facilities are good too if you come to work by car.

In our building, we have a canteen with a varied menu offered at reasonable prices, but there are also fridges in the kitchen areas on each floor if you want to bring your own food. A grocery store is located just down the road. 

Most of us sit in open office spaces, but there are plenty of “break out” rooms if you need a quick catch-up with a colleague. Modern meeting facilities allow for online meetings with global colleagues and stakeholders and our dedicated on-site IT department is always ready to assist you. We care about our colleagues and offer modern training facilities and health services at our sports and welfare organization Akrobaten. If you have kids, they can get priority at the Kanvas kindergarten next door and we have several cabins and apartments you can rent in your spare time.

We now have an opening for position as Senior Project Planner in Aker Solutions Bergen.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Overall project planner, including engineering, prefabrication, installation and commissioning
• Main responsibilities:
• Report weekly and monthly progress
• Analysing the schedule with focus on critical path
• Deputy for planning manager
• Participate in EPCI meetings and other meetings
• Update project schedule and report to planning manager

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within planning using Safran
• Bachelor dergee
• Be able to work independent in Safran
• Experience from Aker Solutions is an advantage
• Analytic og proactive
• Software Skills: Safran, TIME, MIPS, Excel
• Language Skills: Written and Oral Norwegian and English
