In Dynea Engineered Wood, we offer a complete range of adhesives for structural wood constructions. We also provide technical service, testing and advice on a range of subjects from choice of adhesives to regulatory and analytical advices. With base, at our plant in Lillestrøm, Norway or our sales office in Krems, Austria, we seek an Application Equipment Engineer with focus on implementation and innovation of our adhesive application solutions and services at our existing and potential customers.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- preferably Mechatronic, or education and/or experience within programming logical controllers and mechanical/electrical devices.
- general programming skills
- customer relation skills gained from experience in sales or technical service
- communication skills; fluent in English and German
- planning and organising ability
- self-starter
- willingness to travel (Europe, around 100 days pr year)
Main activities for the Application Equipment Engineer are:
- installation of adhesive application equipment at customers
- programming of PLC's and integration of software
- commissioning of equipment and software
- expert consultation to customers
- development of adhesive application equipment in cooperation with customers and suppliers
The Application Equipment Engineer, is part of our Engineered Wood team, and will play a central role in our efforts to develop our business and product portfolio.
We offer an interesting and challenging position in an international environment. The Application Equipment Engineer will, after a training period, work independently or in smaller teams, to achieve the agreed business objectives and reports to the Commercial Manager, Engineered Wood.
