MC/Field Engineer EIT

The Aker Egersund yard, with 45 years of tradition, serves as our center of excellence for fabrication. The 250,000 square meter facility can handle modules/topsides of up to 12,000 tons. The yard specializes in the fabrication of offshore platform modules and subsea structures.

We are now looking for a MC/Field Engineer EIT for a temporary position in Egersund.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Responsibility for MC inspections for EIT and follow up of production as field engineer for EIT
• Assist engineering in technical queries

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Master or Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
• Experience from NORSOK Topside projects
• Field experience
• Knowledge of MIPS
