As a Supervisor, life is busy. This role will give you the opportunity to manage and develop the operational and revenue performance of an assigned location. As a Supervisor you will actively oversee all daily activities that contribute to performance metrics.

• Love to engage with customers and build long lasting relationships.
• Support and develop the station with daily activities to serve customers effectively and improve location profitability.
• Motivate, coach and support team to increase inside and outside sales, revenue and profitability.
• Ensure fleet optimization at the station.
• Are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their store is continually improving.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have terrific teamwork.
• Have a clean drivers licence with 12 months’ experience.
