Planner

Role:

• The Project Planner is responsible for establishing project schedules, maintain the schedule throughout project execution and to prepare required schedule reporting internally and to our Client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and update project plans in PrimaVera for a portfolio of projects
• Establish baseline plans according to contractual and project requirements
• Establish and execute routines for interdisciplinary planning and reporting
• Contribute to project execution excellence and support project management to ensure timely execution of activities
• Maintain and manage date changes and progress, support project management in managing schedule delays
• Report and communicate project status internally and externally
• Contribute to continuous improvement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor level, minimum 3 years higher education
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience from oil and gas industry preferred

Job knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with PrimaVera preferred
• Excellent Excel skills, proficient with Windows based software packages or similar
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral, is a requirement
