Ace Oil Tools is experiencing solid international growth and are now strengthening the team with a Technology Manager. The position will be a valued member of the senior management team and will actively steer technology development together with the organization.

Office location is Randaberg, but some international travel should be expected.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Responsible in developing technology within company's strategy, set clear goals and work closely with the organization
Reporting to the CEO of the Company
Work closely with external design engineers. Set design requirements and testing plans.
Ensure financial control in product development, including budget process owner
Work with soft funding together with CFO
Responsible for the evolution of current technology as well as new technology throughput, including the processes within the company
Responsible for follow up of Intellectual Property in the company

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Master's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant subjects
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with great technical understanding in drilling and completion segment
Sound experience from financial control and reporting activities
Experience from an international business environment as well as from fast growing smaller/mid-sized companies
Sound competence in technology development processes
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

The ideal candidate has a strong technical/project mindset and proven track record from previous roles. Team player, dynamic, creative, result-driven and sound analytical skills are key factors in order to succeed in the role.
