Graduate Engineer, Field Performance- Flow Manager Services

TechnipFMC Graduate Program is a one year onboarding program. You will be assigned a personal mentor, and included in the Graduate family where you can share knowledge, information and experiences.

During the program you will be provided with a lot of relevant training and development opportunities, and also closely followed up and supported by your mentor and manager through monthly meetings.

We believe that our onboarding program helps new employees to be engaged, competent and confident.

In Field Performance, we monitor and optimize performance of oil and gas fields in operation, with a system perspective ranging from top of reservoir to topside facilities. Building on our combined capabilities within multiphase flow modelling (including CFD), and equipment condition monitoring, we develop digitalized services to safely optimize production volumes and production uptime. We are located in modern offices in Lysaker, supporting projects and installations across the globe.

Introduction to the Job

You will be a Graduate Engineer at our office at Lysaker belonging to our Field Performance department. In field performance we are committed to enhancing the performance of our client's operations, by increasing production, increasing production uptime, reducing operating cost and providing insight for faster and better decision-making.

You will be a part of the FlowManager Services department where you will have your Manager and receive your training. In FlowManager Services we have more than 25 years of online systems for Virtual Metering, Meter Surveillance, and Flow Assurance. These systems are used by oil and gas companies across the globe to monitor and optimize performance and production of oil and gas fields. You will be part of a growing and dynamic team of passionate and highly skilled people with a mix of PhD and Master degrees, working to solve the challenges of our customers.

• You are a Graduate with engineering master's degree

• You have major area of study within Cybernetics, Computer science, Mechanical engineering, Petroleum engineering, Software development

• You have good verbal and written English
