Graduate Engineer- Field Performance, Digital Services

TechnipFMC Graduate Program is a one year onboarding program. You will be assigned a personal mentor, and included in the Graduate family where you can share knowledge, information and experiences.

During the program you will be provided with a lot of relevant training and development opportunities, and also closely followed up and supported by your mentor and manager through monthly meetings.

We believe that our onboarding program helps new employees to be engaged, competent and confident.

In Field Performance, we monitor and optimize performance of oil and gas fields in operation, with a system perspective ranging from top of reservoir to topside facilities. Building on our combined capabilities within multiphase flow modelling (including CFD), and equipment condition monitoring, we develop digitalized services to safely optimize production volumes and production uptime. We are located in modern offices in Lysaker, supporting projects and installations across the globe.

Introduction to the Job

You will be a Graduate Engineer at our office at Lysaker belonging to our Digital Services department within Field Performance. In field performance we are committed to enhancing the performance of our client's operations, by increasing production, increasing production uptime, reducing operating cost and providing insight for faster and better decision-making.

• We develop digital services that are the foundation of our business apps including online real-time CPM applications and the multiphase flow simulator FlowManager®

• These systems contribute extensively to the solutions we offer for the subsea production and processing systems, and to our strategically important digitalization of services.

• Our development team is part of Field Performance department within the Subsea Services division of TechnipFMC, located in modern offices at Lysaker, Norway.

• You are a Graduate with engineering master's degree.
