Electrical subsea power cable engineer in Project development with tasks on several projects, for instance wind farm developments and electrification projects.
- Handle all relevant engineering matters related to the electrical subsea power cables
- Ensure alignment within the electrical discipline
- Ensure experience transfer to and from the project
- Ensure alignment with Company’s discipline line organisation.
- Ensure integration and coordination with other project disciplines.
- Co-ordinate discipline tasks across contract boarders
- Participate in discipline and multidiscipline reviews
- Identify and contribute to closing of technical uncertainties
- Master of Science or Bachelor of Science within electrical power engineering ("elkraft", high voltage)
- Competence within electrical subsea power cable design, testing and installation
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience from offshore project execution
- HSE training in accordance with Company recommendations
- Multi-discipline understanding
- Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and preferably Company’s technical requirements
- Ability to work in a team
- High ethical standards and adherence to Company's ethical requirements
- Ability to handle high work loads. Experience with design and follow up manufacturing of AC and DC subsea power cables for voltage levels above 36kV required
- English and Norwegian language skills
