Elkjøp Nordic AS is a multi-channel consumer electronics retailer operating in all the Nordic countries.  We are 10.000 engaged employees distributed on more than 400 different location in our markets.  At our Nordic head-office we are approximately 350 people in different specialized functions who work continuously to support our colleagues in the different countries.   

Elkjøp is growing fast and we are now strengthening our Nordic HR team with a new Compensation and HR Analytics Manager.    

The C&A Manager will be both a hands-on and strategic role with overall responsibility for Compensation Management, Bonus Programs, Rewards and Recognition Programs.  The role will also be responsible for HR metrics analysis.

 

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of a company-wide total rewards strategy and compensation philosophy, effectively balancing the need for both internal equity and external competitiveness.

Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures, proactively identifying improvements that are cost-effective and motivate the right behaviours.

Provide advice on pay decisions, policy- and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs

Manage the administration of annual programs (merit cycles) and ad-hoc compensation actions.

Make recommendations on any compensation planning system requirements and configuration changes that will enhance the overall user experience during the annual merit and incentive cycles.

Conduct market salary benchmark surveys to develop a sustainable salary structure and ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.

Support the development and execution of a communication strategy around the full Elkjøp employment value proposition.

Provide consultation to HR and business clients on compensation processes, policies, and systems.

Take part in shaping HR dashboards and reports in line with the business strategy and conduct ad hoc analysis, research, and trouble shooting.

 

Requirements

We believe that you, as our new C&A manager hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably within HR, Finance or close related fields.  The position will require minimum the 3 years of relevant experience within Compensation and/or HR Analytics. 

You have extensive experience with use of digital tools and systems.

You also have strong consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders. You quickly understand and analyze complex issues and problems and come up with sound and rational judgements. You have a strategic orientation combined with critical thinking ability.

You co-operate well with others; share knowledge, experience and information and support others in the pursuit of team goals. You also have the ability to influence others by a constructive "can-do" and solution-oriented approach.   

Our new C&A Manager will work in close interaction with Nordic HR team the broader cross Nordic HR network.  HR Nordic builds our performance on effective team-work. We are looking for someone that enjoys collaboration and has the ability to influence by a constructive "can-do" and solution oriented approach.
