Hansen Technologies Norway is seeking a new Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to drive our project planning and execution for our energy software product EnoroCX. As Head of PMO you will report directly to General Manager, and you will be a core member of the EnoroCX management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that we meet our commitments towards customers
• Responsibility for on-time, on budget, and high-quality execution of the project together with Project Managers
• Contributing to the strategic agenda for EnoroCX
• Contributing to our Software development productivity and delivery- and project methodologies used

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Solid experience with portfolio and project management, risk and dependency management.
• Implementation and experience rolling out enterprise solutions, preferably in the utilities industry.
• Solid leadership experience in change management and strong willingness to take the lead.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Innovative approach with the ability and mind-set to see issues as challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written.

Head of PMO will probably be located in Oslo, or any of our sites in Norway - Dale i Sunnfjord, Førde, Lillehammer, Hamar and Trondheim.
