The demand for Dignio's services are growing rapidly. With over 100 contracted municipalities in Norway, beginning operations in the UK and China, we are now entering into a very exciting time and are strengthening our commercial team.


As our Technical Solution Manager you'll be a key resource in scaling our business. You'll be taking lead, or be a central part, of winning new customers together with the rest of our sales team. You'll be building relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how Dignio can meet these, as well as collaborate closely with our tech team to stay on top of our solution and ensure developments are in line with market needs at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Lead or be a central part of sales processes in Norway, and in addition support international sales activities if needed
  • Working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and technical specifications, ranging from large regional hospitals to general practitioners and home care service providers
  • Design and communicate the solution to clients using tender documents, presentations, live demos, videos among others
  • Be a natural link between clients and our product teams, providing them with information to continuously improve our products to meet the market needs
  • Strengthen external partnership relations on several dimensions
  • Follow up on our technical deliveries to ensure successful customer implementation


We're looking for people who:

  • Have solid experience and a proven track-record within technical sales and the development of technical sales processes, preferably within SaaS and/or the healthcare sector
  • Withholds a deep knowledge of technical solution architecture and design
  • Withholds a high level when producing text, writing precise and engaging at the same time
  • Have great interpersonal skills being able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and take a leading role in both formal and informal settings
  • Have broad experience with working in and lead cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: you have experience from similar positions within the healthcare industry, knowing the domain


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience working with technical solution sales
  • Higher education within a technical field
  • Norwegian and English fluency, both spoken and written
