 Circle K Europe is now looking for another passionate professional to join our competent team in an international and dynamic work environment as:

Master Data Specialist / Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

As a Master Data Specialist / Project manager, you will be part of the European Merchandising team, located in Oslo, and responsible for the overall Master Data quality for convenience products across Circle K Europe, which includes:

• Lead the Master Data development project and other related improvement initiatives.

• Follow up and support all the local Business Units (BU’s) in Europe with development and implementation of new European standards for Master Data

• Key contact for Item convenience for solving issues and finding solutions

• Ensure Master Data quality and compliance across European BU`s

• Support BU’s in entering and maintaining Item Convenience Masterdata in core parts of the value chain, e.g. creating campaigns and promotions

• Lead the European Sales Planner Network meetings

• Advice Domain Manager on maintainer related requests and issues

• Work closely with a high number of key stakeholders across a range of applications

• Participate in other improvement projects in the department.

Key Qualifications:

•   Experience with business applications (ERP-systems)
•   Structured and focused on details
•   Experience with business processes and relations to IT systems
•   Experience with data flow and IT integration
•   Ability to work across a complex and multi-geographical company
•   Fast learner
•   Good English communication skills – both oral and written
•   Able to see improvements and synergies in processes and tasks

The position will report to Senior Director Convenience Supply Chain and work closely with Category Management teams in Business Units and the Domain Manager for Master Data.
