CONFIGURATION MANAGER

As our Configuration Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing installations of Kezzler's software products for customers and partners. Our product offering consists of a combination of cloud-hosted services and on-site customer installations (primarily Java/Linux). You will support the Sales Team with your technical expertise by documentation the process. Implementation are being done remote on our customers servers from our head office in Oslo, so the traveling will be at a minimum.

Responsibilities

Create a delivery system and facilitate the deployment stack for the engineering team
Administrating the cloud infrastructure
Deploy and configure cloud-based software installations
Define, analyse and document requirements for customer deployments
Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes
Investigate, troubleshoot and repair issues and manage technical requests from customers and Sales

Background and personality
You likely have a higher university degree within Computer Science or similar. Preferably you have worked as a system administrator in a technology application company having acquired optimization and customization knowledge. If you have experience with SQL, AWS/OpenStack deployments, Docker (pipeline) and with managing infrastructure, you might be exactly the person we are looking for! More generally we hope you have in-depth understanding of system administration for Unix servers and have practice from setups, configuration and maintenance for Java web applications. It is also essential that you also understand backup and disaster recovery processes and configurations. You are fluent in English, a team player, with strong troubleshooting skills to resolve infrastructure related problems.
