We are looking for a Tender Manager for one of our clients in Fornebu:

Description:
* Lead and Manage assigned tenders in FOS (Aftermarket) in accordance with Company procedures and norms to ensure Wellstream Processing maximizes it's business opportunities. 
* Be the single point of contact to the Client for the tender and build Client relations to maximize current and future opportunities. 
* To ensure that a common Tender Process and tender approach is executed to increase efficiency and quality of the tender process in the organization. 
* Obtain the objectives set by the Department. 
* Project Management for small projects in the FOS Department if needed. 


Main Accountabilities: 
* Lead and Manage the FOS department allocated to the tender from handover from BD&S until job is secured/lost. 
* Ensure that winning strategies from BD phase are used and implemented in the tenders. 
* Ensure the tender is cost focused and developed in the most attractive manner for client. 
* Manage communication towards client. 
* Accountable for developing the overall Tender Price. 
* Manage all commercial aspects of the tender. 
* Prepare the tender and tender team for approval. 
* Ensure the technical tender is optimized in accordance with cost focus and ITT. 
* Prepare and lead the tender approval meetings in accordance with Wellstream procedures. 
* Handle internal communication and presentations towards Management for the tender. 
* Ensure ITT is responded to as per the client's expectations and all required commercial and technical deviations are listed. 
* Lead and Manage client clarification meetings & project kick off meeting. 
* Participate in tender negotiations based on approved mandate. 
* After completed tender, ensure that lessons learned are captured and shared with the Tender Group. 
* When won: Ensure a proper hand over to execution team in accordance with Company procedures.

* Ensure tasks performed are to a high quality, be involved and suggest improvements where they may be needed. 
* Ensure processes are performed in compliance with internal and external requirements, defined and documented, continually measured, evaluated, improved and secured. 

FORMAL COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE: 
* Fluent in English both written and verbal. 
* 2+ years relevant experience preferably from oilfield services or similar industry. 
* Bachelor or equivelant work experience. 
* Experience from sales & tendering processes in the oil & gas industry. 
* Knowledge of project and tender execution principles. 
* Work well in multicultural environments. 
* Ability to lead and motivate a winning tender team in a high pressure environment. 
* Excellent commercial awareness. 
* Excellent level of attention to details. 
* Continuous improvement focus. 
* Ability to write compelling, attractive tender documentation that is easy to understand and positions the business well to the client. 
* High level of motivation and drive to submit winning tenders. 
* Excellent communication skills.

Contract duration: 6 months with options for extensions
