Are you the one we are looking for?

As our new Anti-Corruption Expert you will

• Get the opportunity to influence the implementation of the Anti-Corruption programme, which involves implementation of risk assessment processes, training and awareness campaigns, and the development of robust policies, procedures and internal controls
• Bring your own unique skills to become an expert advisor and align with key stakeholders including Legal, Risk, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Heads of Compliance in the business units
• Get to use existing and new business activities to track evolving risk pictures
• Be a significant contribution and support to country entry analysis 
• Support identification and mitigation of third party corruption risk, including joint venture partners and vendors/suppliers
• Contribute to development of data analytics to effectively monitor risks
• Get to support business units to address corruption and third party corruption concerns
• Provide support to manage and address non-compliance with relevant requirements
• Ensure support to Internal Audit on potential breaches of internal controls and policies
• Ensure alignment with the Telenor?s risk management on corruption risk issues

What you will need to be successful

• You have a master?s degree preferably in law, risk management, corporate compliance or other relevant fields
• You are an experienced anti-corruption expert from a large multinational company
• You demonstrate written and oral communication skills that are clear, precise and structured
• You have experience with developing and implementing compliance strategies and activities
• You are good at managing your stakeholders and a trusted advisor to senior management
• You take and implement initiatives, and are experienced in developing strategies as well as building programmes and systems

It is a bonus if you

• Have experience from working with emerging markets in Asia
