We are increasing our global footprint and are delivering projects to international players. We are now looking for project managers with experience within cloud deliveries, preferably within the oil and gas segment. You will be part of a team that aims to deliver projects that exceed customer expectations. Work tasks and responsibilities:

Deliver projects with main focus within the oil and gas segment
Allocate/motivate/lead project resources
Report to stakeholders, customer, steering committee and PMO
Plan, coordinate, execute and document assigned projects according to time, cost and quality
Manage projects according to established methodology and workflow requirements
Monitor, report and approve the project teams working hours
Establish and maintain budget, cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
Report to stakeholders, customer, steering committee and PMO
Handle necessary communication between customer, third parties and supplier.
Establish partnership and customer relations

Experience:

Large scale cloud delivery projects
Project management for oil and gas customers
Preferable with experience from project management in international projects
Experience from partnering and joint ventures
Documented results within project management

Personal qualifications

Ability to motivate and lead project participants
Independent and with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent cooperative skills
Structured
Outstanding communication skills

Formal requirements

Higher education within one or more directions: Management, project management
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within ICT or cloud solutions
PRINCE2 foundation/practitioner valid certification
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Master the Norwegian and English language, both written and oral
