EVRY's Innovation Hub is a department with developers, designers, business analysts, tech-enthusiasts and consultants from several nationalities. Responsibilities:

• Sketch and create concepts based on user needs, and new solutions for our clients and validate through the process
• Use and deploy technologies and tools to create easier, smarter and better solutions
• Facilitate design workshops such as google sprints for our customers
• Work closely with developers to ensure end users need
• Work at customers location at the customers premises to work hands on with problem solving; identify problems and come up with solutions
• Updated on design methods and trends and can easily adapt new processes

Requirement:

• Relevant master's degree (bachelor can be enough with relevant work experience)
• Written and fluently speaking Norwegian/Swedish and English
• Experience with innovation projects / design methods is a plus

• Always sets the end user first and can easily move from one project to another

• Is customer oriented and can easily present design trends internally and externally
