The main responsibilities of the position

• Analyzes trends and deviations from standards and proposes creative and unique cross-functional solutions based on data.
• Ensures accurate and complete reporting to internal and external providers, i.e. financial managerial reporting, salary surveys, pension providers
• Provide guidance and advise on matters related to reporting and analysis
• Identify, develop, and establish reports to support business decisions
• Liaises with finance on all reporting between HR and Finance, and with Corporate for all reporting related to global Compensation & Benefits
• Provides analysis on consequences of implementing local programs and corporate programs in Norway

The position is central to the regional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team and the Finance Analyst team and has dual reporting to Finance and Compensation & Benefits.

Place of work can be Kongsberg or Lysaker, and you will interface with all sites in Norway as well as people in similar roles in other countries. Some travel may be required.

You are meant for this job if you

• Have a strong analytical mindset, and enjoy working with facts, figures and function
• Have a BA or Master degree in related field

• Have 2-5 years working experience, preferably within HR, finance or business development

• Communicate well in Norwegian and English (and French)

• Are well experienced with MS Office tools, experience with SAP, Oracle and Hyperion will be an advantage

• Have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, and often conflicting, priorities

• Are open-minded, communicate and work just as well on your own as in a team
• Are able to work independently on more varied and complex tasks
• Enjoy working with people from many different backgrounds, cultures and disciplines.
