Who we are

DNB Open Banking is a rapidly-growing technology team within DNB. We build developer.dnb.no, and the API products that go with it. Traditionally, banking has been closed and non-transparent, but we believe that the future of finance is built upon transparency. We are providing access to DNBs data and services through APIs with the purpose of enabling developers to create exceptional user experiences and services. As we are growing, we are hiring a handful of experienced and passionate software engineers to join us in building DNB Open Banking. 

Our team is international and interdisciplinary, consisting of 10 different nationalities, men and women, software engineers, product owners and business developers. What were looking for:
  • Experience working with Java 8+
  • Experience building applications with Spring / Spring Boot
  • Experience working with AWS / Cloud native infrastructure.
  • Experience working with CloudFormation, Terraform or equivalent technologies
  • Experience with docker
  • Experience maintaining or developing systems in production
  • Excellent english verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile / proactive mindset
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Experience building IAM and/or consent solutions is a plus
  • Knowledge of PSD2 and Open API is a plus
What you might be working on
  • Development of the APIs available at developer.dnb.no
  • Design and development of new APIs
  • Development of IAM and consent management solutions for DNB
  • Exploring and implementing AWS infrastructure as code
  • Deploying our APIs with the best fitting AWS services
  • A chance to implement your bright API idea
  • You have experience working with cross functional DevOps teams in an agile environment 
  • You are comfortable with changing requirements and self-imposed deadlines 
  • You have strong relational skills and are able to bridge the gap between people, technology, business and different business areas 
  • You enjoy challenging the established truths and exploring alternatives in a way that inspires people 
  • You are passionate about changing how financial services are offered
