Quality Manager

Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Kristiansund is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.
We now have an opening for position as Quality Manager in Aker Solutions Kristiansund.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Establishment of quality management system for the project meeting contractual, corporate requirements and applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure implementation of, knowledge to and compliance with the project quality management system ( incl. PEM)
• Anchor use of risk and opportunities ask key enabler for project management priorities
• Facilitate and drive the project improvement agenda and initiatives
• Enable and engage the project organization in continuous improvement
• Part of project management team

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Bsc or Msc degree
• Experience from similar roles and knowledge of our customers is an advantage (Shell and OKEA)
• It is expected that the candidate takes an active approach to Q&CI and involves directly in ongoing tasks to learn how work processes from PEM are utilized
• Software Skills: Knowledge of PEM is an advantage
• Language Skills: Written and Oral Norwegian and English
