Experis is looking for a Quality Engineer for a position in Stavanger

• Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of a project quality management systems and support processes that secure the fulfillment of the project quality management objectives and the delivery of High Performance Meters.
• Proactively manage the various elements of the quality system to ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards, customer requirements, and Company requirements
• Works closely with Engineering, Technology, Supplier Quality Teams for Product Development, troubleshooting, Root cause analysis.
• Works closely with Project Teams to assure that the QMS’s processes are well established within the Projects and leads improvement actions to close gaps
• Coordinate Quality Notification (QN) within Projects. Assists the Project Teams to elaborate Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and cooperates towards QMS’s processes improvement. Supervises the QN system, related to projects, to assure that all the QNs are addressed to the relevant staff, corrective actions are well established and relevant improvements are taken to develop the QMS and meet Company’s general goals/objectives.
• Assures that Project specific QHSE documentation (e.g. Inspection and Test Plans) is issued and delivered to the projects according to schedule.
• Assure that the Notifications of Inspections (NOI) from suppliers are delivered on time. Assigns resources to tests (witness activities). Performs witness when needed.
• Execute, maintain and follow-up Project specific Risk Assessments to meet Projects’ goals /objectives and also, Company’s general goals/objectives.
• Participates in project meetings (external /internal) to assure the fulfillment of core quality requirements (project specific / Company’s QMS)
• Work location is Forus, Stavanger

• Experienced in using internal engineering guidelines
• Good understanding of supply chain management, traceability management and follow up
• Sound Knowledge and Skill of PPT, Word and Excel
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of Subsea and Topside technology and products
• Sound knowledge in relevent laws and regulations and industry standards like ISO, API, NORSOK.
• Good understanding of overall project/work processes and procedures
• Capable of solving technical issues.

• Sound knowledge and skill in SAP, ProArc
• Sound Knowledge of PED, ATEX, EMC, ASME 31.3
• Lead auditor experience or certificate
• Documented training record of Possitive Material Identification (PMI)

• Newly graduated BSc or MSc, or have a few of years of work experience in quality,engineering (Instrument, Mechanical, Control, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
