Department Director - Renewable Energy

As part of a long-term strategic business initiative, Axess has for some time developed client relations and successfully achieved to get contracts within the renewable industry. We are now establishing a department to serve the existing clients and develop new opportunities within this market segment.

The department director will be responsible for building the department's organization and grow the business significantly in the coming years. The deliveries currently consist of Axess Group's existing services, and as a department director, you will be in charge of developing our value proposition further by establishing concepts of delivery and expand our service portfolio. 

You will:  

• Build a successful department and team within the renewable markets, including achieving the business objectives.
• Implement and carry out Axess' business plan for the department and contribute to enhance this plan.   
• Establish strategical contacts and relations with collaborating partners.
• Participate in marketing and business development work
• Be the client's main point of contact during operational phase  

You are:  

• Highly educated with a BSc or MSc degree in an engineering discipline, MBA or equivalent experience
• Experienced and have knowledge within the renewable market (preferred)
• Able to develop the department to further growth
• A strong communicator and are motivated by negotiations  
• A team-player
• Initiative and result-oriented 
• Passionately engaged in outdoor activities
