Structural Package Engineer

Due to additional work scope and increasing portfolio our customer needs to increase their capacity and are looking for an experienced Structural Package Engineer for their organization

Workplace Kokstad. Start-up as soon as possible.

Tasks

Study and project execution within drilling facilities on Mobile Offshore Units and fixed platforms
Work descriptions and evaluate installation methods
Supplier and Work shop following up
Engineering Work Packages
3D Inventor both modelling and draft

Qualifications

Technical, Bachelor or Master degree within engineering
Experience with Mobile Offshore Drilling Units and/Or fixed platforms structural design
3D design experience (Inventor)
2D design experience (AutoCAD)
Good theoretical understanding concerning statics and steel constructions
Petroleum industry standards, rules and regulations such as Norsok, DNVGL and Eurocode

Good verbal and written communication skills, Norwegian and English as a minimum
Team player and developer
Ability to work independently and in teams
Extensive computer skills
