We are searching for an analyst for media solutions who will lead our growth ambitions, in close cooperation with our editorial and commercial teams. The role is based in Oslo, together with our colleagues in our sister-organization Dagens Næringsliv.    This is a senior role, and you will help us building NHST Global Publications as an insight-driven media organization:    Main Responsibilities
  • Product owner for our analytics accounts and dashboards. 
  • Work actively on measuring reader engagement and help teams define user engagement KPIs for their products.  
  • Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations to development teams 
  • Understanding our subscribers and users, so we can grow our digital audience and subscription base 
  • Ensure we take decisions based on data and insight, through identifying, translating, prioritizing, and informing important product questions with data
  Requirement  
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Linkpulse, etc.) 
  • You are motivated by understanding data and transforming them to opportunities 
  • Great communications skills, and able to present complex findings in a structured and informing way.?  
  • Self-driven and a good team worker 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools 
  • Background from a media organization is an advantage

  The role will require travelling, primarily to our editorial offices in London and Bergen.     The position reports directly to CEO of Global Publications.
