PROJECT COST CONTROLLER

A Project Cost Controller at TechnipFMC is not just a position; it is a key function with a high level of responsibility in the execution of multidisciplinary projects.

• Establish the Project(s) Initial Budget
• Provide a monthly follow up of the budget(s)
• Estimate and report total project(s) forecasts,
• Initiate, coordinate and conduct monthly meetings for projects budgets and forecast reviews
• Actively contribute on Cost estimates for variations in the budgets and forecast
• Prepare client invoices and cost input to monthly report for client. Follow up client payments
• Control and approve purchase orders
• Prepare and follow up project(s) Cashflow
• Prepare and follow up project(s) accruals
• Train others as/when required
• Add-hoc tasks

The position is based at our Lysaker offices. You are reporting operationally to Project Manager and functionally to Cost Control Manager. Internal key interactions will be with the Project team (Contract, Planning, Purchase, Engineering); Accounting; Treasury

• University Degree in a relevant discipline: Economics, Engineering, Scientific
• Experience in Oil and Gas projects
• Good verbal and written English
• Good communication, cooperation and team working skills
• Take ownership and pride in your delivery
• Work in a fast-paced environment
