As our new Jr. Art Director, you will help build a strong visual identity and presence for Pierre Robert, strengthening our position within fashion, comfort and sustainability. Your job will be to create striking, unique, on-brand and engaging visual content that is in line with our overall content and campaign plans, and through visuals, help us improve our KPI’s and performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of all our visual output across all platforms, channels and markets, focusing first and foremost on digital platforms.

 

Main tasks

  • Work closely with marketing, communication and web teams to develop and create visuals for:
    • Marketing and cmmunication concepts and campaigns
    • Website banners and images
    • Digital graphics and infgraphics
    • Social media and other digital ads
    • Newsletters
  • Actively contribute with creative input, concepts and ideas for all visual content, especially in the consumer journey creative process.
  • Proactively ensure that our Pierre Robert websites are consistently visually striking, current and in accordance with our brand guidelines. This includes both visual content and layout.
  • Help ensure that all our visual output, regardless of platform, is on-brand and of high quality.
  • Assist with photo shoots to ensure that all photos are on-brand and of high quality.
  • Function as a consultant in helping to prepare briefs for and/or evaluate any externally outsourced visual material.
  • Actively contribute with creative input, concepts and ideas for storytelling and marketing campaigns as a whole.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with art direction and production of visual digital and analog content, graphics, layouts, videos and images
  • Experience with photography and/or video production
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and/or other relevant software
  • Competence about digital marketing, digital content production and social media
  • Competence about web analytics tools and social media monitoring platforms
  • Competence and experience with using CMS tools
  • Experience working in a team to develop content plans for brands and categories is an advantage
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish, and excellent English language skills
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply, as long as you can make up for lack of work experience with talent and creativity

  • Can demonstrate a talent for visual communication
  • Is an excellent team player, but self-sufficient and able to take initiative
  • Is hands-on and pro-active
  • Has attention to detail and is quality-oriented
  • Is able to deliver on assigned task and deadline
  • Has a positive outlook and “can-do” attitude, and who thrives in a sometimes hectic working environment
  • Is technically and commercially savvy, with a good understanding of the digital future
