Are you our new employee? We are looking for motivated and skilled Project Engineers.
Place of work is Moss in Norway or Vaasa in Finland.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Participate in and coordinate basic and detailed design.
Develop and deliver technical specifications for procurement.
Control and monitor supplier performance and delivery to customers.
Participate in and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Assist the Project Manager with the management of projects, particularly in terms of quality and risk.
Prepare and manage technical information and documentation.
Report, commuicate, and discuss technical matters internally, with customers and suppliers.
Independantly manage simpler customer projects.
Complete other tasks as required by the Project Manager.
EDUCATION
Technical education (at minimum degree level) in an relevant field; -process, mechanical, electrial or automation.
GENERAL SKILLS
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a distributed project team.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Self-motivated to deliver results, is prepared to take initiative and make decisions where appropriate.
Structured and efficient, yet is also consistently accurate and attentive to the details.
Flexible, positive, curiouse and willing to learn.
Willing to travel internationally, if required.
Is interested in progression to project management roles.
Some relevant experience is beneficial, preferably in the marine industry.
