Arbeidsoppgaver

Provide general Quality Assurance oversight and support to the assigned business unit
Lead or support management of deviations and non-conformances
Lead, coordinate or support Management of Change activities
Develop or support development of Assurance (audit & verification) plans
Support and carry out assurance activities in line incl.

• Support criticality assessments

• Develop inspection & test plans

• Support technology qualification

• Verification of process compliance and conformance to specifications

• Support line in closure of internal audit findings

• Follow-up response from vendor audit findings or quality incidents

Lead, coordinate and support quality cost reporting in the assigned business unit

• Track, monitor, and follow-up quality incidents

• Coordinate and support reporting of quality cost and quality incidents

• Lead or support after action reviews, Root-Cause and Failure Analysis for quality incidents

• Participate in quality incident investigations

Communicate and share lessons learned from quality incidents

Coordination between Alliances, front office in business unit and back office Quality department

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Formal qualifications

• University degree, minimum bachelor, preferably in an Engineering discipline

Professional experience

Experience from and able to show successes from:

• Designing management systems and documentation, process design, process re-engineering, process implementation

• Quality systems/management systems

• Quality management and oversight of suppliers and vendors

• Change management and implementation

• Strong facilitation skills with teaching qualifications or experience

• Handling of non-conformances and deviations

• Good understanding of quality assurance methods and tools (including knowledge of Inspection and test planning tools, as well as problem-solving tools)

• Strong strategic and analytical skills to see patters and correlations that can support decision basis to minimize Costs of Quality

• Strong-level of understanding/reading engineering-drawings and P&IDs;

• Experience reviewing quality documentation and auditing quality programs

• Auditing Vendors

• Experience interfacing with Suppliers, Engineering, and Sourcing to drive Quality improvements that minimize Costs of Quality

• Improving supplier quality performance for assigned suppliers via Quality Plan implementation.

• Supplier selection through robust qualification processes

• (Lead) Auditor Certification
• Drilling & Wells, Development project and/or Operations experience
• Business Process management
