Field Operators - Pumping

Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company, currently has opportunities for Field Operators to join their offshore Pumping business in Tananger.

The successful candidates will primarily work on intervention and gravel pack operations,.

Secondarily in periods when required the candidates will work with other operations for FES, such as cuttings handling, treatment and slop treatment.

Essential Responsibilities:

•            Delivery of pumping operations by mobilizing, installing, operating and demobilizing pumping equipment for gravel pack and intervention.

•           Maintaining equipment while on job.

•           Attend all required customer meetings.

•           On the job reporting.

•           Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Qualifications/Requirements:

•           A good understanding of pumping equipment.

•           Trade certificate (Mechanical, Well or Electric) preferred, but not required.

•           Past Operational knowledge of equipment as mentioned above.

•           Good communication skills.

•           Ability to work on own initiative.

•           A commitment towards working safely within the team
