Aker Solutions' Piping & Layout department based in Stavanger, Norway, needs experienced individual engineers who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the MMO market. We offer a professional network within Aker Solutions which will provide you with required technical support.

We are now looking for a Senior Piping & Layout, jobsetter for a temporary position in Stavanger.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assist with implementation of client LCI requirements
• Participate in projects engineering meeting
• contribute with LCI support to Engineering and keep close contact with Document Control
• Follow up status of project LCI process
• Review quality content of the project LCI /DFO delivery
• Work in a flexible environment
• Attend the discipline meetings or any internal events, as required
• Assist to improve LCI process
  
  

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Master or Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience
• Good technical knowledge and technical understanding, to interface with engineering on LCI matters
• Good understanding of digital technology
• Knowledge and experience in following applications is an advantage: TIME, MIPS, PIMS, WorkMate/TIM, SAP and ProArc
• Team Player
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Structured with ability to work under pressure and on own initiative / pro-active
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
• Software Skills : MIPS; TIME; PIMS, WorkMate, TIM
