R&D Line Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated R&D line manager for our development teams, allowing our highly skilled engineers to focus on delivering great products to our customers. Your main responsibilities will be people management, recruiting and project management for multiple teams. The position is located in Vizrt’s headquarters in Media City Bergen

We expect that the person we are looking for...

• Has a background from the IT or Media industry and is used to working in a highly technical environment
• Has experience with leading teams, following up performance and career development to help each employee reach their goals and potential
• Has experience with project management
• Enjoys working with people
• Is familiar with Agile software development
• Is able to keep track of lots of things at the same time, delivering on time and keeping all stakeholders in the loop
• Knows how to turn raw data into useful information
• Has excellent English skills, written and spoken
