Project Logistics Planner - Kongsberg

For one of our large clients in the oil and gas industry we are seeking: 
Project Logistics Planner

Start up: august 2019

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Department: Transport & Logistics

Responsibility

• Preparation and completion of project delivery plan in small to medium EPC projects in accordance with contract delivery schedule
• Final delivery of equipment and tools to customers according to specific requirements
• Responsible for initiating final inspection, follow-up and coordinate shipment to the company, SUT and SIT
• Organizing and lead delivery plan meetings with all involved parties including customer prior to customer delivery
• Updating Delivery Plan according to approved Variation Orders
  
  

Main tasks

• Perform contract review to acquire knowledge of all Contract requirements relevant to the Project Delivery Planning function of the project
• Give input/review to Project BOM regarding CPI list and Master Equipment List as required
• Attend DR3 of Project BOM to ensure tractability and practical completion of project logistics
• Give input and review of Sales Orders set up to make sure projects can be executed according to Contract
• Identify delivery milestones and establish Master Equipment List with dates and Logistic Plan
• Establish and fill in Delivery Dossier for each delivery to the company
• Prepare plans for project internal shipment to SIT and SUT test sites
• Initiate corrective actions necessary to ensure timely delivery and efficient utilization of materials, equipment and tools
• Identify Potential Variations Orders and prepare input to Variation Order Requests

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in the technical field or in Finance and Accounting preferred
• Good written and oral English skills required
• Co-operative and service minded
• General computer skills
• Structured and organized
