Communication Consultant

Skretting is looking to hire a Communication Consultant to work as part of the global communications team based in Stavanger. The successful candidate will be a native English speaker with a background in communications and a high level of flexibility.

Main responsibilities:

• Content creation for on- and offline communications channels
• Edit and author written content (English), both technical and general
• Project/campaign management
• Publishing and sharing of communications materials on various channels
• Assist to manage the global team
• Support R&D with communications activities
• Support with internal communication

Required skills:

• Native English speaker with excellent communications skills (written and oral)
• Education in Communications/Marketing or equivalent
• Able to communicate at both technical and general levels
• Fluent and confident with digital programs and tools  
• Experience with social media
• Ability to strategise
• Independent and task-oriented
• Exceptional attention to detail

Desirable skills:

• Basic understanding of fish/shrimp biology
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs
