Available Quality Inspector?

Due to additional work scope and increasing portfolio our customer needs to increase their capacity and are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector – Incoming Goods -for their organization

Responsibility

• Plan and execute the various steps that are involved in incoming quality inspection of received parts.
• Ensure that the received part are according to the requirements given to the supplier
• Control of monitoring and measuring equipment
• Has the authority stop the use of received parts if these is not according to requirements.
• Plan inspection activities according to Company planning schedule and needed dates
• Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of incoming product and services using Company procedures and Checklists
• Enter all Non- Conformance from Suppliers in the non-conformance reporting system
• Ensure calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment in compliance with Company procedures and Checklists
• Achieve Zero Defects on all incoming product and services
• Achieve on time delivery on inspected products and services
  
  

Qualifications 
 

• Technical degree. Other relevant experience may compensate for relevant formal education
• 1 year experience with inspection of parts, newly graduate is also welcomed.  Other relevant experience may be considered
• Quality Control hands on experience
• Good verbal and written understanding of both Norwegian and English
• Good to have: Knowledge of SAP, Useage Decision, Quality Notification, Licence of Forklift,  Licence of overhead crane, Documented training record for positive material identification (PMI)
