We are looking for a distinguished professional to lead our Solutions group in the Imaging & Integration department. This is a career opportunity for an experienced geophysicist/geologist that thinks strategically and likes to work in the interface between geophysical production, R&D, sales and marketing.
The main goals of the position are to:
•Make it easier for oil companies to embed EM data in their interpretation and evaluation workflows through tailored solutions.
•Continuously innovate and improve EMGS’ product and service offerings for imaging and integrated interpretation of EM, seismic and well data.
•Increase customer understanding on the application of EM and demonstrate the value of EM data.
Summarized, you are a technical expert and will lead an expert team to develop, improve and market EMGS’ solutions. The team also provides support functions needed for the successful delivery of our solutions, including training, technical support and software testing. You will have an active dialogue with our customers to promote EMGS solutions and as a channel for feedback on our products and services.
The preferred location for this job is Trondheim. You will be travelling frequently, both nationally and internationally.
