Senior Instrument Engineer - DolWin5

We are looking for a Senior Instrument Engineer for DolWin5 in Haugesund.

Planned Start Date: Mai 2019
Planned End Date: Desember 2021

Tasks:

• Instrument design and follow up of instrument packages vendors
• Technical responsible (PRE) for instrument packages
• Follow up Instrument vendors and vendor technical documentation
• Ensure that vendor information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the
• project
• Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers
• FAT and vendor survey
• Update of technical and document data register
• Interface to other disciplines, Client and site

Education:

• Education Bachelor degree or Technical College combined with minimum 10 years’ relevant Norwegian
• Continental Shelf experience
• Ex course
• FSE course

Experience:

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience from engineering for greenfield offshore oil&gas or wind projects
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience with PRE activities and responsibilities from green field projects
• Experience and deep knowledge of field instrumentation design, measuring principle and solutions according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL and IEC

• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Norwegian and English skills - both orally and in writing
